i used to have this little bumps/pimples. i just used aloe vera and facial soap that has vitamin c to give the skin hydration after that i use ice cube to reduce the redness and in one week it reduce and slowly gone. Don't waste your money, just use what you already have.👏🏻✨

As a 31 year old young lady when I was in my late 20’s I struggled with bumps and pimples and nothing worked from high end to drugstore my fiancé’s mother would point it out making it known to everyone until I decided to take a trip to my OBGYN and inform her about my symptoms and after testings I was diagnosed with PCOS and proper treatment I have kept my hormones under control im and in balance and skin is clear and glowy ❤

My tip is to use head and shoulders if you have acne that Isn’t going away because the zinc in it gets in the pores and helps it better than the £20-£60 stuff. Zinc’s anti-inflammatory properties help the body to reduce bumps, spots, swelling and redness in acne patients. If you are trying everything and it is still not working that means you might have fungal acne:
Ketoconazole, oral medications (if ur old enough), clotrimazole, antifungal shampoos (like head and shoulders and other cheap ones that you can find in your local shop for abt £5-£10 or cheaper), itraconazole, selenium sulfied, shower after sweating and tea tree oil. These are all ways that you can reduce/ get ride of fungal acne.

Be careful I used to have these tiny little bumps and it was absolutely not due to an excess of sebum. My skin needed hydratation so badly and the last thing I would used is sallycilic acid. I just hydrated my skin for a couple of months and everything has disappeared

Or just wash gently and frecuently use a moisturicer for sensitive/ dry skin, not use one for acne prone skin or matifiant and use sunscreen every time you pop your face outside and drink plenty of water. It worked wonders on me .

y’all literally everyone has some sort of bumps/ “imperfection” on their face it doesn’t mean u need some sort of cure it means that that’s what unfiltered skin looks like up close.

⛔️⚠️GUYS THAT PRODUCT IS GONNA WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY⚠️⛔️
I've had those bumps since i was a kid and i just got rid of them

So what i did was use a steamer and a great alternative to that is a towel dipped in hot water. Next thing to is to squeeze the oil out, DON'T USE YOUR NAILS OR SCRATCH IT USE ONLY THE TIPS OF YOUR FINGERS. also exfoliating really helps. Don't use any kind of oil or oily makeup/skincare, like serum, almost all creams, cream based foundation ect. . AND ESPECIALLY VASALINE. All of these oily stuff are the root cause of millia, which is what this is called. I used facewash and facemasks without putting cream on afterward and that REALLY helped. I really recommend neem and/alovera ones, I used Himalaya neem.
Wipe you sweat before you skin absorbes it and do it with a PAPER towel, after washing your face don't wipe it, let your skin absorb
As for diet, keep eating what you want it doesn't matter, just keep drinking lots of water<3

This girl is getting on my nerves spreading false info and insecurities 😒

I used to have a spotty forehead like this because I didn’t wash my face good, I would quickly wash the face wash off without really emulsifying it into my skin + I didn’t drink enough water.
