Have you considered making a glossary for tea terms? There are so many terms such as Mao Feng, Yan Cha, Yin Hao, Gong Ting, Dan Cong ... etc that is easy to loose track over what is what. I know that some are tea-types, some are processing styles, some are types of leaf ... etc. Would be so helpfull with a short glossary!
