Hey guys! Welcome to my super easy and effective 3-step To-Do List process that actually works. I hope it helps you be more productive at uni, reduce stress and overall manage life better -- no stress space !! 🙅‍♀️😌✨

I personally use Notion, but the same process applies to physical planners and bullet journals. In summary:
⚡️ 1. Blurt down everything you need to do
⚡️ 2. Specify tasks and prioritise based on deadlines
⚡️ 3. Slot it into your calendar to plan your day (aka make it happen!)

I hope these study tips help you sort your life out!

not sponsored, but i do bloody love notion hehe 🥰

After 2 years in college, I can confirm that planning and seeing the deadlines and making to do lists is probably one of the primary reasons why I stopped failing classes in engineering. It’s the first step to succeeding in many aspects in your life, plus you become less stressed.

I watched a podcast the other day which explained that the only way to enter into flow is to struggle. You have to endure some mental friction at first, and when you eventually overcome it that’s when the state of flow kicks in!

I’ve taken to doing a ‘Done’ list... especially atm when I’m not in work I need to see that I’ve been productive in a way that’s not just work driven. It’s something I’ve had to work through with CBT do as to not pin my values and worth together.

one thing I really like doing is adding times to my tasks, i.e. how long I think it will take me to complete the task (e.g. read article for essay 30min). It seems less daunting that way because I can see how much/how little time I need to spend on a task and I can then allocate it into a specific time of my day. Also, it's good to overestimate the time because then you can feel like you're ahead of the game haha

It's so neat to see how you do your to-do list as I also use Notion with a paper planner as a combo. I also like to do the task that will require the most overcoming inertia first (e.g., the one I might procrastinate on the most). When that task is done, everything else feels much easier.
