Just my opinion, but I think the reason she’s smiling, laughing, acting odd is for everyone to think there’s something going on upstairs. She knows what she’s doing and she’s doing it on purpose. She’s not insane. She’s just someone who’s gotten by with everything up to this point.

I was flipped off in court once. A woman assaulted my son at daycare. She got a very sweet plea deal and we were all sitting in the gallery waiting for our turn and she did the old scratch your nose with the middle finger. MORE THAN ONCE!!! I couldn’t believe it. It was like spit in my eye. When I gave my impact statement I told the judge about it, she was furious and added more requirements to her sentence. My son was only three at time and couldn’t testify. That’s why she got a good deal. Fortunately/unfortunately there was good medical evidence and photos or she might still be running a daycare. Sorry for being so long winded. I hadn’t thought about that in quite a while.

The judge said he could have a bolt fastened under her table and cuff her hands to it 😂 and it would be really uncomfortable…I really hope he does

I saw this coming a mile away glad the judge was not only respectfully explaining that her behaviors were unacceptable but moved her and set the boundaries and repercussions for future This Judge is amazing

The way the judge admonished her not only Friday but again today gave me such a warm fuzzy feeling- kinda like when we saw footage of her in a rear naked choke hold by the officer she had just assaulted in an attempt to flee. Doesn’t make up for all the moments my heart broke from this trial so far, but it’s something. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Even more disturbing was her lack of emotion while her daughter testified. At the end when her daughter was asked if she still.loved her Mom and her daughter broke down and they revoked the question and ended redirect, while lawyers were discussing juror questions you can see Lericia talking and smiling with her lawyer while her daughter is crying on the witness stand. Complete narcissist.

Shes definitely nuts but she's not insane. Clearly she knew what she did was wrong considering the lengths she went through to lie and plan and cover it up. I think the burn accident wasn't an accident at all but her first attempt to murder him and why he had the narcotics in his system. But he woke up was hurt so she gaslight him convincing him he caused the fire. That recording shows how evil and horrid of a woman she is. She didn't care that the child was hurt she only cared about herself.

I admire this Judge, he is not going to have any disrespectful behavior in his court!! Good for him to advise her he will take action against any disrespectful behaviors!! It will be interesting to see if she adheres to the expectations regarding her behavior. Thank you for this video Peter.

Thank you Peter. I was wondering why her lawyer acts like he’s bored. Rocking in the chair and looking around the room lol. Don’t know if anyone else noticed. 😂
