I wonder if this method of worker placement would work in any other profession. Schools could draft teacher candidates, with failing schools (mostly in poor communities) getting the top picks.

I’m new to this so pls could you help me with this, so a team (say 10th) can get up the pecking order in picks if they get intouch with a team higher than them (say 5th) and sell a player already on their team to them to get their higher pick, so they swap positions in picks????
