Question here: so if a team wants a player from another NFL team, this particular player wouldn't have to go through the draft, right? In that case they just offer him money or what's procedure?

Hey, love the video. Just a couple of quick questions from a UK fan if possible?

Does the draft only include rookies or are there experienced players in there too?

Are all draft picks paid the same amount? Or would it be more beneficial to the rookie to get picked by a certain team so they get more money for example?

What if the player does not want to play for that team? For example they don’t want to move states.

How does the 2nsd round work? Who starts pick 33 and on, and how do they know where everyone is placed. You hear things like "colts draft at 35, 42, 76" how does that even work how did they get the order of the 2nd round and on?

Is it possible and what would happen if a "can't miss prospect " let's say for example, Burrow, didn't enter the draft to "bet on himself " because he doesn't like the city/team he might go to or wants more money?...I hope it makes sense what I'm trying to ask lol thanks

I'm a foreigner....Would you expect that if coaching was exactly the same level, the draft would ensure that over time there would be very little separating teams in ability? In other words, success is something dependent upon management of players only?


The record against their opponents are: 12-4, 14-2, 14-3, 11-6. Given my assumption of player quality evening up over time, is it really better coaching? What am I missing? The stats seem very one-sided....
