How to Make Games in GameMaker | Beginner Tutorial | Part 1

Are you a beginner at GameMaker? In this video I'll teach you the fundamentals of how to get started! This series is designed for the absolute beginner in GameMaker Studio 2. Learn exactly what you need to know to get started making and designing your own games as fast as possible!

I know I said I was done with GameMaker, however my sister told me that my nephew is interested in learning. I'm also aware there's others out there that would like to get into it!

Some huge announcements made for GameMaker, eh!!? I for one very much welcome JavaScript and or C#. GameMaker having it's own proprietary language that is useless outside of GameMaker is one of the big reasons I've avoided using it! ..but I will agree GML is good and getting better and it's very C-like, so it might not be completely useless - I guess!

Anyway, glad to see you back making tutorials. Looks like you're back just in time to hitch a ride with GameMaker on a big finish to this year!

(I don't / probably won't use game maker, so I won't be actually following along, but I'll be sure to throw you some likes/comments to help the channel, as you've helped me in the past - so good luck ! )
