Cast Away is one of the most rewatchable movies ever. love it.

This guy's been getting a lot of hate lately. Sure, Forrest Gump might not have aged perfectly, but he also made Roger Rabbit and Back to the Future! And I’m probably one of the few who actually likes his 3D motion-capture movies. Even if they’re not your thing, you have to admit – he was way ahead of his time with those.

he needs to retire. he doesn't have it anymore. he either makes movies based on source material that was already better or movies that are emphasized too much on daft visual effects. we love him for the "back to the future" movies, "flight", "romancing the stone", "who framed roger rabbit?", "death becomes her", "cast away", and "forrest gump" but he's become too reliant on technology that is better off in the hands of younger filmmakers.

Zemeckis is a legend. That being said, Here is truly one of the worst movies I've ever seen.
