Considering the man’s state of mind, the decision was fair. If we can put folks in jail, why not mandatory health facilities, and pay for that. We pay for the jail time. It would create jobs and free up our prison system. I know, no plan is perfect, but at least use the ones that make the most logical sense. This Judge is very open minded and Wise! We need more just like this Judge!

Judge Frank Caprio is the most honest judge on the bench, I wish he was the judge when I went to court pointing out how dishonest police can be by setting a person up for a crime they did not commit. Despite what the heading says Judge Frank Caprio is a strict but fair judge, other Judges should a a leaf out of his book.

IN the case of the ungrateful son, Judge should have issued a warrant or a summons for the son to appear in court and had a fatherly talk with him about his responsibilities tohos disabled mom. Being embarrassed in court may have been what he needed to wise him up.

There are few individuals whom one can feel will certainly be in heaven, but judge Caprio is one whom I will believe will be there.

This is perfect example of how the government makes things worse. The state should have got him into a drug rehab or mental health hospital which would also count towards time served and being a repeat offender is costing the state more than if the state just initially got him put in a drug rehab or mental health hospital.

Aggressive pan handling charges: Court: You were pan handling. We charge a fine: Now go come out come up with $150. Now doesn't that make sense.

I live in a country that does not speak my mother language. I have been to court on several occassions (never criminal) and have NEVER had a translator. They have been offered on occassion but I deny them in the language of the court. If you are going to live in a country, why not learn the language? Why do courts have to provide translators to non-tourists?

This never going to be another judge like judge Caprio and I've never been in court but I watch him all the time I see how he is to people I've had seen other court cases two on court TV but no one is like this you have to be understanding let the people speak and then you decide you don't just jump at it no one's guilty unless proven

Panhandlers in Canada make more money than working full time, charge the panhandler, he gets welfare which gives medical coverage in this country better than me as a senior. Quit drinking, put in rehab. Lawyer should not cross arms, I know this when presenting a case. Lucky to get 20 days

I put the cheque in the mail and I ned an interpreter as being front line worker is just to get away without obeying the laws
