I found it!!!! I was going nuts looking for it. It was so frustrating, looking everywhere and turning up emptiness! I went through many drawers in my dresser, checking between shirts and towels, etc. I checked my closet over and over again, went through all the hangers where is where I usually hang them. Nothing! I kept getting drawn to that space and I kept telling myself, you already looked there. Today I began to empty out the walk in closet. When I moved a suitcase, I looked behind it and saw a black string necklace!!! OMG I said and when I began to pull on it, the Pentacle was there!!! I felt so relieved and happy that it's around my neck once again. It must have fallen somehow after I hung it on the hanger hook. I won't lose it again!

Thank you for the information, this was really helpful. I'm glad you mentioned about the energy in the chosen material for the bob. The pendulum I made for myself a while back is rose quartz, but I didn't think about the association of love when I made it. I'm going to make a new one with a more neutral object from nature, maybe a seashell or an acorn... or perhaps an old skeleton key from my parent's farm (plus, a key gives me that feeling of 'unlocking' knowledge which is kind of appropriate for divination).

I love crystals, but their energy is so specific, I feel like I would need a different crystal pendulum for every different topic. I really just want one "broad-spectrum" pendulum that I could use for anything and everything.

Loved this video. I've been using a pendulum ever since I was a kid. I love how it calms me sometimes I jist use it to meditate, and sometimes it does give me a a interesting feeling, sorry I can"t explain it. Also I will use it to ask it questions.
