It says don’t put it in your ear canal. You can still use q tips to get rid of wax, but make sure you do it outside of the ear canal and around the concha.

Also you don’t need to clean your ears, if you ever notice that you have wax on your ear that’s it pushing the wax out of your ear canal

To clean your ears or loosen earwax use olive oil from a dropper.
