Thanks for a great stream Neal. I learnt a lot about the current cybersec job market and contributing factors to get a job. I'm still starting out to get into cybersecurity coming from a biological sciences background. Really loving what I'm learning every day, can't get enough of it. You guys at Cyber Insecurity really deliver on keeping folks like me who are trying to break into the field updated on the latest news. It seems like there are a lot of kinks in the hiring system that need to be ironed out because the job posts are not realistic yet.
Reminds me of the whole data science craze where companies look for high level data scientists for entry level roles and asking for machine learning without even knowing how it would apply to their businesses.

Either way I'm going to keep at it and get my skills up to spec and look for work when things are more streamlined. Keep up the great work man!!!
