Hey, love the videos man. I was curious as to whether you think its worth getting experience with a recruitment firm to learn the ins and out before starting an agency or is it possible/ good idea to just go straight into starting an agency. My business partner who is already an experienced recruiter plans on starting an agency with me but rather than learning off him whilst on the go, I thought it might be a better idea to get experience with a big agency so when my partner is ready to go all in I would also be experienced and we can both be ready. Interested to hear your thoughts.

I started my agency with absolutely no experience. I'm also entrepreneurial and was looking to transition out of my long-term career and came across recruiting. Got two contracts right away (probably from sheer luck) and cleared $37k within the first two months. Then things slowed down, so I'm learning backwards now. I love challenges, so I don't want to quit, but am struggling with finding clients. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Right now, we're running on split agreements. Filling roles isn't the issue, its getting prospective clients under contract. Any thoughts????
