thank you, that's very helpful! Our family dog isn't very well trained lol and we want to keep it that way, but i'm thinking of getting my own one and training it so it can become a therapy dog some day

Question though: I’m working on my dog being calm when walking past other dogs on walks, and she has attention towards the reward like how you show in the video, but sometimes she will lunge towards the other dog passing us on the right (my dog also walks on my right heel during walks) and it is hard to positionmy left hand on the leash where it is short enough that I can correct her and hold her back from lunging at the other dog. Do you have any tips for this?

We are getting better slowly, but I feel like I may be doing something incorrectly because it is taking a while for her to learn the right way. Some days are good, others are frustrating.

Any advice would be great, thank you!
