The iPhone 5S has 1.19 SAR, Nokias have around 0.6 and the Note 3 has 0.363 SAR

iPhone 6 value is 1.58 W/kg and for the iPhone 6 Plus it’s 1.59 W/kg.

The iPhone 6 has a SAR rating of 1.58 and the 6 Plus has a rating of 1.59 so iPhones aren't that great either. Seeing as the FCC's legal SAR limit is 1.6. I know that there is a "RF Safe" or radiation safe case for iPhones, but not too sure how well it works. This just goes to show why talking on speaker and keeping your phone away from your body is better than having it next to your head or in your pocket.
