Just got the Galaxy S3 today and I must say that I am amazed.

I got the #1 phone today on metroPCS. It does cost more than $500 with tax, but with $55 a month for unlimited talk, text, and data, it's cheaper in the long run than Verizon's 4G data plan. Verizon's 4G plan for 2 years including the phone is $2, 900, and the metroPCS cost around $1, 900 for 2 years with the phone.

Wow! This is the first top "anything" list, anywhere, that I've 100% agreed to.

I'm surprised the Galaxy Nexus didn't get a mention. I don't get the hype myself but everyone else seems to love it.

The LG nitro HD was released in November 2011, and so was the razr maxx.

That is what I said originally and also the GS3 and One X are dual core here in the US and that only advantage they have is an integrated radio which is because qualcomm owns all the patents for that. As for Jellybean they might get it in 4 - 5 months missing features with more bloat, in my mind the Gnex still is I would say on par with any other phone. (Albeit the One x and GS3 are very nice and in some ways better)

I had a one X and just bought a galaxy s3, its really really amazing, but I still like the HTC better, it just has more fit and finish to it and feels more complete for everything about it. Galaxy S3 is still amazing but I liked the HTC one X a bit better

HTC EVO 4G LTE should have been either number one or two at the very least. Just like he said, the HTC One X is what the HTC One S wants to be when it grows up..Similarly, the HTC EVO 4G LTE is what the HTC ONE X wants to be when it grows up. For those of you who do not know: the HTC EVO 4G LTE is basically an enhanced version of the One X. It does everything the One X can do plus: Added kickstand, Metal body, Micro SD card capability, larger battery, and unlimited data, carrier considered.

i need Cooley back... Donald has to do another type of videos.... such as first look and stuff like that. but in Cnet top5 and Car tech no one beats Brian Cooley god damn it.

Even though the Galaxy Nexus is almost a year old, it still is great hardware wise, and superior software wise. Jelly Bean is very nice.

Donald, you're not doing a bad job but we want Brian Cooley back immediately.

that being said, you think Sprint's 3G is good enough to make outshine anything?

Agree with everything but the nitro HD, oh and the Galaxy Nexus should at least be 3rd... 1st if you like switching custom ROMs
