That's a person with a serious brain problem. The alcohol most likely did long term permanent damage. What people don't know is drug and alcohol addiction rewires the brain. And longterm addiction can rewire it for good. Especially Alcohol and benzodiazepine.

You cant get addicted to water no sorry it was clearly the after effects of the alcohol plus isnt there ment to be cases and studies of people and addictions for it to be official and the subject matter in question is water which has no addictive properties whatsoever its like saying im addicted to blinking
