I'm learning so much from you Cori. I love the way in which you deliver the science, the modification for beginners, such as me, and inspire to try our best.
I am gaining some upper body strength ever so slowly with modified push ups, but seing these are really motivating. Everything comes. Thanks once again!

Honestly, you never cease to amaze me. I tried several of your exercises in my last circuit training - aouch. It levelled up! I think there's no need to always compare you to other YouTubers in an attempt to say they're posers and you're awesome (as I seem to see a lot in the comments) - you just shine by the quality you offer, and I think people who are actually really interested in fitness (strength/cardio/flexibility) will naturally love your channel. Very good for strengthening and also mobility. I use these exercises either as a warm-up on a few targeted exercises corresponding to the part of the body that is going to be worked or as a finish to "burn" the area concerned. Personally, I like to work on these exercises before a boxing or MMA session. Thank you for your vid.
