Bonus Info: -True Sight "Charge" is ONLY the Phoenix hit from Jumping/BA mid air - the plunge afterwards is optional, and not "True Sight" but typically worth doing if mid air anyways.
-Changli's Signature's Buffs ramp up throughout your rotation (lasts 12s at max stacks) and will typically be maxed out for your big bursts of dmg, if timed properly.
-The Basic Attack DMG buff from Molten Rider is a nice bonus (just not as relevant as the Fusion DMG buff but still nice to have for sure). General BIS Echo w/Molten Set.
-You can get away with lower ER if your team/rotation is efficient at generating Energy (0 - 20% OK, depending).

I lost my 50/50 at the hardest pity, then I got her guaranteed on one of the last pulls before hard pity, just like her weapon (also in the last possible moment).
Everything went as wrong as it could, and I wasted 230 pulls on her. But hey! At least I got 8 copies of Baizhi.
