Only reason she ranks C Tier is because spreadsheet calcs can't consider dodge counter which is a huge portion of her damage output when she can't DakaDaka/BangBang. She drops the equivalent of a Havoc Rover Resonance Skill on every dodge.

Ran across the level 120 geometry enemy last night and my girl Chixia clutched through and killed that sucker when Rover went down after taking a hit for her. I can't stop using Chixia. She feels too good and is too useful in the overworld as well.

Your videos make me feel great about me choice and motivate me to max her out. Wish me luck on getting those guns!

People don't comprehend her dodge counters and her boom boom are her main source of DMG, and her s1 makes it so she ALWAYS crits on boom booms, and a great rotation is 2 boom booms ult and 2 more boom booms for some insane burst dmg, but against none stationary enemies it's hard to do lol, she's a walking nuke
