pre-med biology student here. I LOVE the way Jeff talks about the science behind all of these myths, a lot of people just use word salad with hormones, protein, fat burning, but no one really understands what they're even saying. Jeff's one of my favorites!

I quit the gym a long time ago because of a lot of these beliefs. I’ve been back at it due to feeling weak and bored of life. Watching this just motivated the heck out of me. My old gains came back quick too. I was pleasantly surprised about that.
