Studies relating to breakfast consumption in terms of psychology have shown great rewards for breakfast eaters over skipping breakfast, and I understand this video is only focusing on the physical aspect of breakfast, but I feel like it's important to mention that there is a pretty substantial correlation between skipping breakfast and anxiety and other irritable behaviours.

I always find the spot reduction studies baffling, as i always assumed that your body would consume nutrients fairly symmetrically. no idea where i got the idea from, but the upper and lower results to me seem to be set up in a more logical way compared to the left and right-sided differences.

8 glasses of water a day is such a weird concept. When I’m at home I hardly drink more than 4-5, but when I was working in Kuwait last year I drank more than 8 bottles or 16 cups per day during the summer between working outside, meal times and working out each day. Your body knows best

Localized fat loss is only a matter of gaining muscular mass in the given area, or training the mass that you already have, it can happen but it's more evident in thin to lean people, not overweight subjects.
