The "Count Poodoo" strategy is called Dun Möch.

A legit in universe strategy.

General Grievous is actually the perfect fighter to implement the "Just shoot blasters at the Jedi" gambit since he has cybernetic components and 4 arms. Use his implants to target 4 different parts of the Jedi's body and fire all four blasters simultaneously. If the shots are well distributed, at best the Jedi can block only 2 of those 4 shots with their lightsaber. I highly doubt they are going to be able to dodge the other 2 shots for a prolonged period of time, particularly if Grievous keeps shifting the 4 target points.

2003 Clone Wars has a scene where Doku trains Greivous, I guess this is simply the 2008 Clone Wars version of that scene lol

Joining the "jumping from the ceiling strategy" with the "confusing the enemy with a catch phrase strategy" would be an amazing combo. But instead of insulting, the confusion would be greater by GREETING the enemy... Like "Hi, I'm here", or something like that.

What's interesting is that we see him employ strategies to unsettle the jedi in the old 2d cartoon. That was the best portrayal of Greivous imo. He struck terror into their hearts, breaking their focus.
