My grandma lived to be in her early 90's and in the last few years she was alive she told me not to carry anger around. She told me you have to get over things and move on. The calendar moves and you have to live your best life..

And here I am at 18 with the overwhelming fear of dying... I'm sure these women could care less and are living their lives the best they can. Meanwhile I sometimes dont see the point in doing anything. But I guess this helped a bit. Live my best years while I can.

longevity kinda runs in my family: my great grandpa died at 108 (according to my grandpa) my great aunt is 102, she’s the best neurologist at her hospital and plays tennis every day and my grandma is 97 and runs 7 miles a day
