It amazes me how these corrupt politicians think they 'Are above the Law'...

What's the problem if he did nothing wrong? 🤔🤔

These people were so full of confidence while displaying such un-American behavior, now they want the American court system to shield and protect them.

I think he's done... overdone, and to be thrown to the pigs (they'll eat almost anything)

When you ask (or attempt to ask, in this case) a person a question, and they don't want to answer, feel confident that it would just have been a lie anyway.

Pertaining to Lindsey Graham: the judge(s) need to consider Why these people are going to such extremes to EVADE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. The courts shouldn't concentrate on obscure laws to EXCUSE/SHIELD people like senators (especially) from appearing in court or ignoring subpoenas resulting from actions they knowingly and willing SET INTO MOTION. Rather concentrate on professional, moral and sworn oaths to protect and defend.

A "position in Congress" doe s not exempt you from testifying, it holds you accountable to a HIGHER standard. If you did something wrong, you should get a larger fine/sentence IF you are take public office you are setting yourself up to higher scrutiny and therefore to that higher standard.

He needs to show up & be responsible for his actions!

“[T]he public interest is well-served when a lawful investigation aimed at uncovering the facts and circumstances of alleged attempts to disrupt or influence Georgia’s elections is allowed to proceed without unnecessary encumbrances.” Shame on Graham for trying to quash the subpoena. And shame on him for seeking a stay when he lost. “[P]ublic interest would not be served” by delaying his testimony.

isn't he also amongst the ones shouting for the affidavit to be opened about M'lago so witnesses and their families can get a target on their back? I am guessing the hypocrisy and double standards of the man are not lost on anybody. What applies to thee, does not apply to me I guess. We need transparency just not about me.

"I'm not legally responsible for what I get people to think in the court of public opinion". Typical.

Oh Miss Lindsey! Even the queen of South Carolina must obey the law. Lady Graham is guilty as hell. No wonder she’s such a spineless coward.

COME OUT OF THE CLOSET. RESIGN. GO TO PRISON. MEET A BOYFRIEND AND MARRY HIM AFTER YOU ARE RELEASED.
