This is why people don’t have hope. This is so unfair and people are becoming tired of these kind of so-called legislators that only have their own interests and not the people.

If it was any ordinary citizen we wouldn’t even be able to get this far we would be told to testify or end up in jail

Once again non-justice only applies to those that are rich or politically connected. For the rest of us justice applies and you’re likely to be imprisoned and/or fined. Justice is blind for the rich and politicians. Justice pulls up the blindfold when looking at the rest of us. When will there will ever be equal justice for all and no one is above the law?

Amazing the privileges these politicians have. You know when they say no one is above the law, that’s bs.

For people that claim there was nothing wrong or has nothing to hide, they sure are working really hard to not to go to court.

No one is above the law. Except of course the rich and powerful and Friends of judges. Being in a position of power doesn't exempt you from the standards you're in fact should be held to a higher standard. Seems obvious.

And so …all those who are an accessory to criminal offense are just as guilty ..including the judges and lawyers whom look the other way ..to protect the political party to whom they belong ….so we’ll see if justice prevails ….

SHAME on the judge or judges that granted this stay!

Pertaining to Lindsey Graham: the judge(s) need to consider Why these people are going to such extremes to EVADE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. The courts shouldn't concentrate on obscure laws to EXCUSE/SHIELD people like senators (especially) from appearing in court or ignoring subpoenas resulting from actions they knowingly and willing SET INTO MOTION. Rather concentrate on professional, moral and sworn oaths to protect and defend.

In other words, the law is not applied equally. Senators are better than the rest of us. But to say it out loud is heresy.

In what world does a (legitimate) Senator avoid adhering with the law with all of his might and people are ok with it?

What good is the courts when a judge orders one thing and another court doesn’t uphold it.

If Lindsey did nothing wrong, why is he trying so hard not to testify?

Big criminal is afraid of something, I wonder what’s got him so scared to go under oath. Maybe it’s he will be held accountable for his lies in the court since he gets away with lying on a daily basis.

If he only put this much energy into bettering the country....

$20 says that when he finally appears in court 6 months from now he pleads the 5th more than 400 times and gets away scot free with zero repercussions while one poor guy caught with a gram of weed gets 10 years in federal prison.

The conspiracy to obstruct continues...now the judge obstructs !!

South Carolina missed their chance to get rid of this RINO last election, and it was so close they probably should have had an audit. He plays both sides.

He should be a target in the investigation and not just a witness anyways
