Of course the prosecutor is a Democrat. She was elected, so she has to be of some political persuasion. What a sorry excuse for a sitting senator to use. Just because you are a partisan operator, Mr. Graham, doesn't mean everyone is. It certainly doesn't make you exempt from the consequences of breaking the law.
