I am currently working for a carrier as a dispatch but would like to start my brokerage company, my question is regarding insurances, besides getting authority, mc, boc-3 and the 75000 coverage bond, are you required to get a business liability or some sort of cargo insurance, or just the 75000 surety bond and get the insurance exception.

Lastly, I am considering taking a course with TIA, they have 2 options. One for new brokers and one for a CTB certification. Without getting you into any type of legal discrepancies by any means. could you advise me on what your thoughts are related to this courses. Your opinion would be greatly appreciated. thanks your your vids

I am a carrier for 4 yrs I deside open a freight broker company complete diferent Mc and diferent autority and I found a coustumer that can give me loads that i usually running as a carrier with diferent broker in the past am in some tipe of violation if I deside cover those load now as broker that I usually cover as a carrier but I have a new company and am the owner of both . I have a carrier / broker contract with the carriers side normal carrier broker contract that everyone do when get set up as carrier .
