For those who get "Access denied"
Just type "bootsect/nt60 sys" Press Enter
Followed by that "Bootrec /fixboot" command

For people who are still stuck. What helped for me is restart whole process with a quality usb. It worked perfect once i used a better usb a boot device

Mine showed exactly as yours ..there is no option for pressing Yes or All after rebuildbcd command Now what???

When I do Bootrec /scanos and Bootrc /rebuildbcd, it also shows 0 Total identified Windows Installations despite me having the Windows Media Creation Tool installed on my flashdrive. Therefore, I don't get a command line asking if to add any installations to the boot list, which means entering 'A' for all or 'Y' for yes or even 'N' for no will not work. Basically, what was shown in the command prompt in your video is exactly what mine looks like.
