The Excel PERCENTRANK.INC and PERCENTRANK.EXC functions returns the relative rank of a value in a data set as a percentage representing the number of values less than or equal to the value. You can use PERCENTRANK.INC function to find the percentage rank inclusive of the first and last values in the array. You can use the PERCENTRANK.EXC function to determine the percentage rank exclusive of the first and last values in the array.

Is there a way to do this by subgroup? Say in the example in the video, each student was assigned to one of two classrooms and we wanted to get the percentrank of each student by classroom. Thanks!
