How do we explain the differences between the percentile rank and the percentile? In excel using norm.dist(1.06, 0, 1, 1) gives 0.855 so we expect someone with a z score of 1.06 to be in the top 15% but the percentile rank puts them at 77 percentile.

Sir if z-score lang yung need gawin, ano po yung halaga ng percentile rank sa z-score calculation?

And sa percentile rank bakit po need mag minus ng 0.5, ano po yung function niya bakit need minus 0.5 sa percentile rank?

sir may i ask, why my stanine group have more than 9, its up to 14? is it okay to divide it into 3 category, so 7 until 14 count as 3rd/high category? thank you before
