To find Quartiles use this formulas for grouped data
Q1 = n/4,
Q2 = 2n/4,
Q3 = 3n/4,

To find Decile use this formulas for grouped data
D9 = 9n/10

To find Percentiles
P99 = 99n/100

where n is the sum of frequency.
