I can see how that worked for you, being that the screw was stuck deep inside the gate. My problem is that the screw I striped is sticking out, but it is inside the case I need for my doorbell camera, and the extraction kit l have doesn't work because the screw is too small. Any advice would be greatly appreciated before I destroy the case lol..

that doesn't look right to me. What does the angle do to the drill? What does the screw thread do to the wood when pressed at an angle. How often does the rubber do something terrible to the furniture or drill?
