Thank you so much for the video. Today is a strength day for me. I lifted while in college and loved it. Then life happened. Marriage, kids, moving, ailing parents. Not knowing how to care for myself anymore. Getting back into it at 50. Trying not to go to fast because I don't have a 20 something body anymore. But I am loving it and finding new ways to challenge myself. I have to slow myself down. This will take time. I have been bringing your videos learning all I can. Thank you and I hope to tell you a progress story real soon.

Thanks for the great video! If you’re looking for video ideas I would love to hear your take on strength training during pregnancy. Prob not the best time to focus on body recomposition but perhaps what to focus on in the gym and nutritionally during this time ☺️
