STI all the way. The FA may be a newer engine, but that classic Subaru rumble is hard to pass on

The thing is, I’m a DIE HARD EJ25 fan, but the problem with an EJ is the fact that it’s really costly if you want decent power and reliability. The FA is capable of making 400+ whp on stock internals and block, yeah the EJ can probably make that, but not for long. My dilemma is: should I get an STI because it’s the ultimate dream (but idw spend $30k on an engine build alone), or should I get a WRX and UEL swap that?

Can you guys do a redo video when both parties have "equivalent exhaust mods"? This can be a very educational video so people know the difference between the two engine setups but that was just loud versus stock it sounds like.

As a WRX owner I must say that the STI sounds much Lol
Those equal length headers and stock j/pipe make the WRX sound much quieter. I have a stock cat back but an after market j/pipe with high flow cats.
