Hi Steve. I followed the Binary Base 2 part but I definitely missed your connection to decimal 10 in binary. At 7:51, why do you subtract 8 from 10? And why does that answer become 2 to the power of 1? I guess I need to understand that part so my A.D.D. brain can comprehend your next connection which is the part at 7:59. You take the 2 to draw your next calculation and draw it in red below that. Are you taking the 2 to the power of 1 answer down to the next line to start the next calculation number or 2? Also, can you explain to me what you mean by "subtract that 2 from the next number we 'come from 2' which is 2". Why the next number from 2? You lost me at that part and I don't see how to move forward from there. Thanks for any further explanation from this part.

Sorry for stupid question but in base 2 we dont have the symbol "2" and beyond right? So at 3:40 how can we have 2^0, 2^2 and 2^3 in binary? The 2 and 3 is not supposed to exist in binary right? Or are you just referencing the positions using number from base 10?

Thank you so much for the great video!
I have a question ..
You asked for FE in binary which is (I guess).
Then 01001011 in hexadecimal, and I’ve got 4B, not 8B.
The same number in decimal is 75.
And I’ve got the last one the same as well.

And how to translate from binary to hex without translation into decimal?..
