It's great you work with and talk about different lamb cuts to use. I always struggle with what cuts to ask the butcher to cut up my home grown lambs into, you've given me some ideas for this year's cut list. Thanks mate!!

Watching this video as the snow is falling out my window. I think it's time to start planning a warm weather vacation.

When we 1st moved out of home, you could buy a big pack of lamb at $1.99 per kg.
Lamb over coals is one of my favourites! Recently was lucky enough to freeze two lamb racks that were marked down & use them for our Christmas meal in Dec, cooked exactly the same & absolutely delicious! (I cook mine a teeny weeny bit more, & just fresh garlic & rosemary, so nearly exactly 😂)

Yesss! Love to see the smoker on some lamb! It's sooo good and I hardly see or hear about it. Love to see the offset with an Aussie twist

The flat bone is the scapula and the big bone is the humerus (I know, it’s funny). Femur is the main leg bone

Perth person here, just cooked some lamb cutlets on the WeberQ tonight, my personal favourite bbq cut for lamb (albeit a bit expensive these days).
The four-quarter chop is also pretty good. Great with all purpose and Tommy sauce.
How about some rabbit recipes, cooking one for dinner tomorrow, rabbit stew with white sauce, my old man's recipe going back to the 50s.

Perfect timing I am putting a lamb shoulder on the smoker today!
What sort of woods do you use for lamb? A video about Australian woods and charcoals to cook with would be really interesting!

Hi Andy. The shoulder is my favourite cut of lamb. In Tassie we used to be able to get Two tooth. Even better! But the shoulder connects to the humerous bone. The femur connects to the leg of lamb. Loving it.

Andy! Yes Chef! Looks delicious!
Sadly it's just below freezing here in the UK, misty and everything is covered in white frost, so I can only dream about BBQing for now. I've had de-boned butterflyied whole lamb leg on the BBQ and that works really well. Peace and love to you and all of the team!

Yeah Andy lamb shoulder bone in, fresh rosemary from the garden and some garlic, on the weber kettle at 120c for 6 hours depending on weight, can't beat it. Next day leftovers in kebabs, can't beat that either!

Love the Perceval steak knife you have there, for me some of the best steak knives on the market.

looks good Chef. I did a really nice pork marinade for pork ribs for christmas and it was a massive hit. Happy to share with you if you want to try it out for a video.
