I take those pineapple cores and add them to my drinking water. Fresh, flavorful pineapple water. Sometimes I’ll add a bit of basil or other fresh herb with it. So refreshing!

Pineapple core is actually okay to eat, if it is ripe enough. The extra fiber can prevent sugar crashes from all that fructose.

my favorite part of cutting up fruit for my family is getting to eat the edible leftovers like pineapple cores and watermelon rinds! they’re so good and nobody else wants them, its like a reward lmao

Been doing it this way for years.
A tip: since they usually sit the same way (bottom down) their entire lives, I’ve found cutting the top off, put the pineapple upside down on a plate in the fridge for about 30 minutes will help draw the juices and sugars back to the whole pineapple.

To grow the pineapple pick the leaves off the bottom let it dry out for a few days and then place it in a jar of water changing the water often until Roots start forming at the bottom of the crown ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ happy growing 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
