Going to quickly clear this up, this is defined as a flash flood, not a tornado. Tornadic events are wind-based and do not caused flooding. While the word "tornado" is more eye catching to children, tornadoes CANNOT cause direct flooding like this.

I know Missouri is like that we had wet and flooding in May and partial of June it's Hurricane, Tropical storm, Thunderstorm, and even flooding season we get this every year
