Dramatic Drone Video Shows Devastating Flooding In Russia

The dramatic extent to which houses have been flooded in the Russian Far East is shown in drone footage released by Russian authorities.

The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has hired rescuers to evacuate people from towns and villages most affected by the flood, with more than 5,100 people affected.

182 areas have been affected by the rising water levels in the past few weeks. A state of emergency was declared in the Khabarovsk region on July 29th.

More than 5,100 people are involved in disaster relief efforts, according to TASS.
