DRONE: Aerial video shows devastation in eastern Kentucky following deadly flooding

As of Friday morning, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear says 16 people have died, including children. "I expect that number to more than double, probably even throughout today,” he said.

That's really a shame especially after all the devastation from last year's tornado. As for flooding, it's always best to build on high ground.

Here in North Carolina on the east coast we see this type of damage but thank god that no lives was lost.. The most powerful element can't be controlled and that's water when it rains.. Praying for all cause I've seen and been there with those hurricanes and there's nothing we can do about it but pray for God's power to remove such that is causing harm to our life and family
