This looks exactly like the Joplin MO tornado. "It led to 161 deaths, more than 1, 300 injuries, and nearly $3 billion worth of damages." May 22, 2011.

And yet the state government can take money that was supposed to go to low income programs, and waste it building a multi-million dollar college volleyball court, for the daughter of a famous football player.

Can these displaced folk set up tents on that volleyball court, Governor? I'm sure they'd love the help.

so very sad. My prayers go out to them. There are just no words when you see something like this. I don't know how they will rebuild because they are not rich people. My heart goes out to those who lost their loved ones. I don't know how anyone survived that, it looks like a bomb hit it.

Omg...Remind me of Dresden Tn when tornado hit there. Many prayers for everyone. They will rebuild stronger. Prayers to those who lost someone.

We live less than an hour from Mississippi and these tornadoes came our way. I’m so thankful that all we got from it was a leak in our roof and the power went out a few times. Lots of homes were destroyed here too, but not to this extent. My heart goes out to all of these families.

This is as bad as the Barneveld tornado in 1984.
Everything was gone, except the bank vault and the water tower.
The water tower is a couple of degrees off of vertical because of it.
The bank president hid his family inside, and they survived.
One little girl in the town, her scalp was near torn off.
It looked like this, nothing left.
They used snowplows to clear the streets of debris.
