We all have our strengths and our weaknesses, but in order to put muscle where we want it, and sculpt perfect proportions, it's important to learn how-to target specific muscles. If you want more width it's going to be your Teres Major and your Lats. If you want more thickness and detail in your back you need to work the medial and inferior portion of your traps, as well as your infraspinatus, and spinal erectors.
