This trilogy may have its flaws, but in my opinion, The Hobbit is better than The Lord of the Rings (both the movies and the books). The Lord of the Rings is an epic odyssey of tiny beings who will face an evil, almost divine being, and fight in a war that will decide the fate of all of Middle-earth. The Hobbit is more beautiful... because it's a fairy tale ❤️. Bilbo Baggins is the best protagonist of the entire Middle-earth saga, more than Frodo, more than Aragorn, more than Gollum, more than Galadriel, Elrond or Gandalf... He is the simplest of them all, but he is the one who showed that courage does not only come from big or mystical things, but from simple, normal acts like leaving his comfortable home in Hobbiton to go to a world he knew absolutely nothing about.
