Building a massive anchor for under $600 - Project Brupeg

Показать описание
Project Brupeg is about a Kiwi couple who brought an old sunken fishing trawler in Queensland Australia with the goal of converting it into a veggie oil & diesel powered expedition vessel. With the help of a community of volunteers and patrons who come on board from all around the world, the dream of doing remote expeditions and projects like marine research, pollution studies, and documentary filming is coming true.
This channel is all about innovation, engineering, projects, and people. This is a workboat to be shared and you can be a part of that.

This episode we have a change of pace. This video is a fast recap of what it took to build a 112kg anchor for less than $600. Join us for our usual full-length detailed episode later in the week as we carry on with the stabilisers sliders and the interior fit-out of Brupeg.

I'm grateful for ANY videos you can find the time to make. Stuck here in cold, grey, grotty Blighty, it's always a pleasure to spend a bit of time with you sunny, positive peeps.

Your regular viewers must know how the project works by now, so it's absolutely fine that you want to concentrate your efforts on the things that matter.

I'd hate for your plans to be derailed by 'media issues' - watching YouTube videos is a treat, not a right. The last thing we'd wish to see was your health and the boat (and the cat) suffering because you felt obliged to upload to a relentless 'TV soap-opera' schedule.

Love ya! :-)

Nice video. I like the idea of a quick video run through of how something was done. 👍

Nice anchor. I like the short video, long videos can sometimes the curse of YouTube but having said that, I'm still going to watch the long anchor vids :)!!
