I have been through many, many brands of frozen potstickers. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Korean Bibigo brand Pork Potstickers in particular. Prepared by the method described here, is a home run. Sometimes Kroeger has them, but my Asian market carries them. I take an ice chest and buy 6 bags at a time and into my stand alone freezer. I drench them in soy sauce, rice vinegar and homemade chili oil. YUM.

Love potstickers, I fry first for a couple minutes then add water for 8 min. Make sure your pan is very nonstick or you'll have a big mess.

Frozen pot stickers shred no matter what pan I use what temp what measure of oil I give up.

This guys technique is almost there but he should first fry thr dumplings a little bit then add the water before they become soft
