You have inspired a 50 year old depressed and almost suicidal fat and lazy guy to move and set goals to become flexible, lose 20kgs and work towards doing 7 muscle ups.
THANK YOU both so much. 🙏🏽

You are a picture of health. I was taught to practice these exercise since I was a kid and I do these motions daily specially early morning at waking up before my daily long walk.
I am 70 still hiking mountain weekend and long hours daily walk without any problem or joint pain. My problem is that I could never find a fitness partner for hiking (all day on weekends) because no one can keep up with me, and always alone enjoying nature that sometimes is a concern. Well I enjoy so much nature and being strongly active that I won't give up for any reason.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge that is very beneficial to the world 💕

It's amazing, I just realized that when I'm at home, I spend more time on the floor then on my sofa, doing different range of stretches. Awesome.

I’m 62, and I love the approach you suggest, as I make mine, to feel, to be in connection with body and breath, in a way of everyday life. More spiritual, more love, more efficiency. Suddenly I have the time to.

Thank You Young Man, 2 months into my bodyweight training to maintain this 64-year-old body and I needed this easy stretch or meditation component. Thank You for your time and energy.

For every athlete this could be one of the most important videos in YouTube to get a fundamental new insight to training and overall health. 3 or 4 conventional workouts or training sessions per week are important but can't repair the punishment that our body takes from of our 24/7 sedentary lifestyle. Doing short small exercises distributed over the day can be a gamechanger.

I love that your message is always focused on health and happiness. Who knew you could teach people to be strong by asking them to let themselves be happy and comfortable? Form follows function!

Another fantastic video. I am 66 and intuitively started doing this a few years ago. Even though I was lifting, running, cycling I didn’t feel as good in my body as I thought that I should. When (inspired by you guys) I began doing animal flow a few years ago I realized that I could move in other ways just for the joy of moving and I feel so much better for doing that. I would add some turning moves upright on your feet. As I got older I noticed a real degradation of balance and proprioception. So now I spin like a kid trying to make himself dizzy. I also do as many tasks as possible standing on one foot. My balance has improved 👍 Thank you again!

What you share in this video is excellent, especially for the younger people who are led to mistake a certain aesthetic prototype with health. A famous Spanish ex-footballer was very accurate when he said that most athletes have good photography and bad radiography. And there is something about moving the body, joints particularly, in a moderate, continuous flow, and connect it with breath, that immediatly creates a form of energy that feels like an inner warm fluid lubricating your body and soul.

You're so articulate in talking about this stuff that I really love it. I do this every morning after I get up because I'm 55 and scared of losing my flexibility and looking my age... would love to share a cup of green tea or black tea with you one day. In the meantime- keep doing what you do.
