In this video, I will be sharing my experiences and insights from my Singapore exchange program at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). During my time there, I was able to gain a better understanding of the culture and people of Singapore, as well as learn about the educational system at NTU. Specifically, I was impressed by the diverse student body and the innovative teaching methods used by the professors. Overall, my time at NTU was a life-changing experience that helped me to grow both personally and academically, and I hope that by sharing my story, others will be inspired to pursue their own international exchange opportunities.

My experience was from the opposite perspective. Had a Korean roommate during my first sem in NTU, but my ego was too big to accommodate him. Had minor opinion differences plus I focused too much in my studies which resulted in me not cherishing the experience to try to know him better and be a hospitable roomie. Was even unhappy when his Korean GF stayed over when visiting on a short trip and I had to bunk in with my other uni friends. In hindsight many years later, I still felt regretful that I did not give him the most welcoming experience in SG.😕
