Batman is a unicorn. Having the time and money to master EVERY single martial art while being jacked is near impossible. The most people can do is to combine weight training, calisthenics, and MMA on a weekly basis whilst still meeting a caloric surplus. Most people just can’t do it.

Can you post the training routine for Arkham knight? Batman’s villain. I’d like to know what endurance training Batman did like how many runs a week? I already do bodybuilding training but I wanna do runs a couple times per week to build stamina like Batman.

If you dont mix up your workouts every couple of weeks, you will reach a plateau. You need to keep your body guessing

Nah. Deadlift, bench press and squats. Parkour. Then Bruce Lee's art attacking the windpipe, eyes and knees. Plus using pepper spray and stun guns and steel toed boots. Batman sucks.
