Focus: Upper Body and Core development.
You'll need two pieces of equipment:
• Smooth surface to slide your feet across with socks, coasters or furniture movers.
• You'll need some form of resistance band.
WORKOUT:
• 2 minute Reps of resistance band curls
• 15 reps of Ab-Sliders
• 20 reps of forward and side shoulder raises
Get Active and REPEAT AT WILL!
